03 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel 5.9l has no communication with PCM. Have good voltage and grounds, pci bus com voltage testing same as other modules that are communicating .8-2v, replaced PCM and still No communication. Have disconnected all other modules and still no Comm with PCM. Has no Skim module, starts and drives but will not shift, and will not show reverse or drive on PRNDL.
