Scan Data Dropping to Zero on TPS & B1S1 Air Fuel Sensor?

Anyone ever seen scan data show throttle position much lower than normal fully closed on scan data? Test driving my 07 Camry 2.4L, I noticed when I returned home and reviewed the scan data, my wide band air/fuel sensor had a moment of dropping to 0. Next my throttle position sensor also dropped to 0, (strange because fully closed throttle on this vehicle is normally 16%) and my RPM's spiked up to over 8000, according to scan data.
I didn't feel any of that happen while driving the vehicle. Didn't notice anything feeling or sounding odd until I saw this blip on scan data.
Anyone seen anything like that?
