Hello I’m struggling hard with this issue I’m pegged out of LTFT

No vaccum leak
PCV is good
EVAP purge solenoid is closed at start up and opens when it warms up MAF is good as well. Does anyone have any advice or test I can run

Does it run bad? What does the maf read in grams per second at idle? Any codes?

What's the 10th letter of the VIN?

If it's a Flex Fuel truck, what's the calculated ethanol percentage? This PI might help:
