I'm facing an issue with BMW 316i f30 N13 2013, Car crank has no start issue, I scanned and found these two codes(1F0515,113026 code description in img attached)then I didn't have a spare ISM so opened the sealed unit that was in the car and found 1 blown fuse that was f4 then installed the new fuse and again tried clearing the code but the problem was still there but fuse did not blow again even after cranking, so then I thought ISM(power distribution box)might be bad so I search the internet and found a way to bench test the ISM, So I put 12v on Z11*1b and grounded pin 4 Z11*3B then relay clicked and I was getting 12-volt power on my ignition fuses &pin 5 and 6 then I grounded z11*4b pin 1 then I was Ietting power on Valvetronic 40amp fuse & pin two , I'm not getting power on these fuses and pin 5,6 and pin 2 of valvetronic when it is connected to the car means no ground signal from dme to ism z11*3b pin 4 and z11*4b pin 1,So I think ISM is fine as it performing on bench, there's something wrong with wiring or dme,Is am correct? But I'm confused about how two grounds can be bad, Could be ISM issue but I highly doubt that, i think its dme, what do you think?,Is am missing something (Attaching images fuse that is not installed in the ISM image that was blown one.)

I'm not getting power on these fuses and pin 5,6 and pin 2 of valvetronic when it is connected to the car means no ground signal from dme to ism z11*3b pin 4 and z11*4b pin 1,

That's one possibility. Have you confirmed the ISM has 12v on Z11*1b? It's possible whatever nuked F4 also took out a larger fuse upstream.

Have you done any testing on the circuit powered by F4 to see if it's currently shorted to ground? Might want to before going too much further. Or at least put a headlight bulb in place of the fuse to limit current.

DME might not ground out the control relays with a short code active. Try clearing the codes and see what happens.

Yes i'm getting power on z11*1b,that is why i'm getting power on dme fuses 1till 3 & no power to fuse 4,5 and 6 and no haven't done continuity test on signal wire that comes from dme to ISM pin 4.
