Stock 1994 corvette has no spark, new opti new coil new icm, new fuel pump, I have fuel pressure,

Pink black-- 0.5 0.3
Yellow - 11.0- 7.0
White tan - 2.5 2.8 2.7
Redblac - 1.5 1.3 1.2
Icm (cranking voltage)
Pinkblack - 11.5 11.3 6.4 8.2 8.1
Yellow 0.3 0.2
Blackwater- 0.5 0.3
Green 11.5 6.9 8.1 7.7
Now my black terminal connector to ecm b5 & b14, I have check with meter connected(tested with powerprobe3) key on & off And ecm black terminal connected/ disconnect. Key on- B5-white wire=Grounded, b14- red wire=11. Key off b5= no read(white light), b14= Grounded(green light)
