Using a bluetooth device by Launch to view short term , and long term fuel trims, but can't seem to find the pids for strf or ltft. I did see a stft and ltft but when i view the pids it reads -100 % on both banks, and values never change with engine revs.

Is there any way you could post a screenshot of what you're looking at?
It's not uncommon to have pids that are not supported. Some of the rear 02 fuel trim pids won't apply to everything, so they just stuff a value in there that won't change, and that doesn't actually represent anything.
