2006 Hummer H3 multiple codes, crank no start

2006 Hummer H3 multiple codes, crank no start was created by Dtnel
Security indicator on.
Replaced ignition assembly.
Passlock system. During security relearn after light went out after the first ten minute wait the light never went out the next 2 times. Tried this multiple times and failed at relearn.
After the failed relearn the original security Code went away but there's addl codes of which 2 of the codes are Active which are the B1000 & B1009
If you crank & no start the security light goes out.
I also while checking the fuse box lower end found connector clip broken on one and the other cracked as well
Was able to get them up, inserted into the fuse box properly then reseated the fuse box assembly back into the housing.
Using battery charger/maintainer while I was doing the 3 10 min waits for the security relearn as the ignition was replaced.
IF you just turn key to on position the immo light stays on. Crank, release to key on engine off and the light goes out.
Something has to be shutting the injectors down as well which we feel is theft related as well.
Note the codes are in the BCM and there's only 2 active codes
The oddball scan was using the CarDaq 3+ but it was just scanning the generic basics ECM not vehicle specific.
