hi im new here looking for some help i have a 2008 chevy aveo ls sedan 94760 km im in canada i have a code that appeared a code of p2188 alng with a p0300 is the p2188 a rich or lean code any help would b grateful

This is a manufacture specific (GM/Chevy) code for system to rich at idle. Without any testing, a couple of causes could be; high fuel pressure or a leaking injector. A GM service bulletin suggests that a restricted air intake can cause this. Check the air intake tube from air filter box to throttle body for obstructions or excessive oil coating as an easy first check.

thanks for helping dont trust certain sites found vacuum leak at inj 1 and inj 4 looks like new fuel rail and injectors
