Ok this is driving me nuts and i would love some advise.
P0174 code I have tested the MAF done the intake water test checked the resistance on the the injectors and the coil packs and still can't figure out whats going on, I did a smoke test and only found smoke coming out of the small whole's on the bottom of the EGR, checked the fuel fuel pressure which was 52psi. My fuel trims on the bank 2 long term are aprox 20% the only thing I have not verified is weather or not I have a clogged injector or I am getting sufficient signal pulse to the injectors, or if I have a bad plug. The truck drives like its starving for fuel I can feel it chugg and let go every now and then. Could it be a blocked exhaust? I can hear sputtering in the exhaust that sounds like a misfire but no misfire codes just the P0174. What am I missing.

Well, since your engine has two banks but you are only seeing the issue on one bank, that implies the issue is with that bank and not systemic. So, I'm not surprised the MAF checked out.
You said you checked intake. How does the exhaust manifold look?
How does the O2 sensor behave on that bank? Can you make it respond on a scan tool with propane?
A back pressure test wouldn't be a bad idea.
I'm not in love with resistance tests. I suggest graphing current on ignition and injectors.
I just gave some ideas since the test tree is quite large on this one. You just need to determine what works and what is having issues. So, some more tests will show you what is going on and not going on.
You'll get it.

I just performed the propane test and can confirm that the 02 sensors did react. I also looked at the trim data again on bank 2 and the numbers significantly go down when I increase the rpm's. According to the data I recorded my ST FTRM was 2.3 and LT FTRM 29.7 at 576 rpm's at 1600 rpm's my ST FTRM was -1.6 and the long term was 3.9 this would suggest a leak I think Just can't seem to find it.

Did you check the freeze frame data to see when the PCM set the code? That would be very helpful in knowing when to the check the system (idle, load, hot, cold etc...)
If you can detect a misfire but can't get any misfire data (Ford thing unfortunately) you can check Mode $06 data with a little work if you know how to look.
