ultra sonic parking sensor detector for scope was created by JJJ DA
hi there, I was wondering if any of you have tested these probes to check PDCs in any brand vehicles. just looking for reliability. Also in youtube are "homemade" detectors. Is it as simple as it looks like?
thanks

I have the Pico one works very nicely used it a couple of times but it is very easy just to use a spare parking sensor connected directly to the scope, I have done that using a sensor from a very cheap (£12/15$/14 Euro) aftermarket parking"radar" kit. The problem with the DIY route is the wiring on Chinese junk is c**p so making a tool you can 100% depend on is difficult.
I have also found an Ultrasonic leak detector even a very cheap eBay one will pick up the signal.
The sonic radar bats have also is in the same 40khz frequency range.
