Pico 2204a vs 2205 a was created by 660yfzman
Hey guys. I bought a hantek 1008c and besides the software being horrible the waveforms are always really erratic and crazy looking. Therefore I've decided to go ahead and buy a Pico. What I'm trying to figure out is if the 2205 a is worth the extra money over the 2204a. It's not that much difference less than $100. But I don't understand too much of what the difference between two is and if it would make much of a difference on automotive diagnostics. Thank you all for any help or suggestions you might have.

2205 is faster but the Pico 2000 range is currently in short supply due the worldwide chip shortage.
Take a look at the Owon VDS1022i.
The hardware is much better than lower end Hantek and the I suffix indicates it has higher voltage input protection. The software is much better than Hantek it is touch screen enabled and a good Linux version exists
