Honda GX160 engine Modis RPM test was created by Matt T
Most all small engines are waste spark so you have to halve the tach reading unless it's set for 2 stroke. And I'm not sure a conventional genset will idle. 5,400/2 = 2,700 rpm which would give a 45Hz output.
