Techauthority.com They handle all things FCA. I worked as a tech in a FCA dealership for about 11 years. You will need some form of a subscription with them. As far as what tool you would use. I don’t do any reprogramming in the aftermarket world so I can’t help you there

Check out DGTechnology.com they have a few platforms to choose from. I purchased the VSI-2534 a few years back for 800.00 dlls less than Snappy J2534. I'm happy with my purchase so far. You will have to buy the subscription from the OEM/car line you wish to program.
