One big advantage of having the banana jack on the rope end is being able to use it with my AESwave Power/Ground adapter.
Wow I like your adapter!

Same here, sir. I bought one of the digital Snap-On lights a few years ago, and that's about the most I'll spend on a light.

Thanks, sir! It's a game changer when working under the dash. I've also got this Lisle data link connector adapter for similar purposes.

Not bad man, not pretty, but not bad at all! I believe in function over form any day.
I wonder if a cheaper test light wouldn't have been so resistant to modification.

TRUTH. I got so tired of backprobing pin 16 or empty fuse terminals trying to find power inside. Now it's all right there!

I dunno! Maybe there's a thread in there? "Post the tools that changed your LIFE." Or something like that.

No worries! Definitely not winning any beauty contests with this one. :pinch:
I wondering about a cheaper one... Thought about ordering one of these to experiment on, but the shank looks to be of similar quality steel. *shrug* I was also trying to pull this off on a lunch break, so I probably could have been a bit more patient during drilling and such.

Much easier an cheaper to make up with one of these and take power from the cigar lighter socket, I have this one and one with a 6 metre cable.
