I've never attempted this procedure before so I'm requesting a little guidance.  For equipment, I have an Autel 908S PRO with the Jbox 2534.  I have created an account with ac delco dts for software access.  Will my scanner setup be enough to program a new bcm for this truck?  Can I get guidance as to how to program this module exactly?  Hopefully this post is in the right place.

You don't do the programming with your scanner. You will use the Jbox and a laptop PC. Connect the Jbox to the laptop with a USB cable. You will need to install the Jbox drivers on to the laptop. To do this, download and install Maxi PC Suite on to your laptop. Then purchase a subscription to SPS2 , from ACDelco TDS. After you purchase a subscription, you should see a "View" button. From there you should find a link to download Techline Connect. Installing Techline Connect will put a shortcut to the application on your desktop, but do not use it. Techline Connect must be launched from a link on the website, not the desktop shortcut.

Once Techline Connected has launched, use the SPS2 tab to program modules.
