When I go to the graph of the crankshaft sensor, the wave form is all over the place , it goes in sets of 3 , then there will be a 4 count and some time you get a 5 count
are they accurate or do you need a scope to read them ?

Scoping the crank sensor is the most accurate way to check, but if the scan tool shows RPM and if the engine has spark, then that's a pretty good indication the crank sensor is working.

The jeep does run, just got a miss fire when it gets to operating temp.
Been to (3) different shops ( one was a dealer) that say everything is working as it should. No one has an answer for the miss fire.
So I'am kind of on my own to find the problem.
