I need recommendation on a probe for testing secondary ignition output, I want to use it with Modis scanner as well as pocket sized mini oscilloscope.

The two major ones are the Pico and the Wyze , Hantek also make one but it costs almost as much as the Pico or the Wyze --- check out the tools section of scannerdanner.com as AES Wave sell both Pico ans Wyze You may need a BNC to Banana socket adapt.
Auto-Ditex make a lower cost one but it is a different configuration and not as useful.

I have one of these:
smile.amazon.com/OTC-Tools-3825-56-Unive...1&keywords=cop+probe
I have had it for years & it works OK. I have never used any others, so I don't have anything to compare to, but this one works just fine. I believe it was less than $40.00 when I purchased it. It has gone up at least $20.00 everywhere I looked.
Before I bought that one I used this tip form Real Fixes Real Fast:
I used the pickup from my original Vantage meter & that worked OK also.
