Hello everyone! I'm new to the site and not sure if this is the proper section or not. I was just offered a verus edge for $5000 plus my solus ultra as a trade. my scanner has 11.4 update. also would be getting a $1000 rebate for spending $5000. my question is, is it worth that or should i try to talk him down a little. thanks for looking!
Sounds a bit on the high side, but prices like that vary depending on the market.
My rep told me SO corporate is offering big incentives for trade in machines right now to help boost sales of the Zeus.
He should at least give you your next software update for free and have this machine up to date with the must current version, and Euro coverage for that cost.
Comparatively speaking, I'm waiting on a decent trade in, which my rep said will likey either be a 3 year old Modis Edge or a Verus edge for less than $3000 with no trade in... Mines a brick and not worth anything toward the.
But, there's a big competitive market in my area.

my rep has one offering it to me for 3600 with a solus edge trade in and a first generation verus trade in. next update would be free if i buy. i just dont care for snap on scanners i said id think about it
