ODB2 readers where are the good reviews??

are there any sites that have detail review on functionality of odb2 readers?  Some of the things I am looking for are:

reading gas tank pressure sensor
control evap valve
abs what wheel encoder is bad
reading or check current sensor of charging system

Most reviews cover battery life and display, and how fast it connects,  who cares...if it can't do what i need.

Not all the same data and functions are common to every make with any scan tool or code reader.
Just because I can run certain bidirectional tests on one car withy Verus Edge, doesn't mean it will have the same capability on another car.
The same goes for data. Maybe the charging system current pid is available on one car, and maybe not another. That's why you won't find any reviews that explicitly detail every capable function of each tool.
