Recommendations for ~400€ BI directional scanner thats works best on eu cars?

Im in market for a scanner that is bi directional, has autoauth,can fd and doip
As of now i was looking at OTOFIX D1 and Launch x431 CRP919X BT 

But reading reviews of OTOFIX some people had issues resetting oil service on VAG cars such as Audi which is big issue since my dad has audi
So im leaning more towards Launch since at work we use 2017 PRO4 and i know it works od new audis

But if you have other recommendatios like if you think Topdon artidiag pro is better tell me, thanks.
