I rarely hear from other people using Giotto/Autoenginuity (which was purchased by OPUS recently). I use it for Mazda/BMW/Ford (I have the extensions for those manufacturers). Been using it for a decade now.
I dont know if this is true of other scanner software but I have a real love hate relationship with it. With BMW it doesnt even work properly 1/2 of the time. Just doesnt read the DTCs/CELs.
I especially hate the customer support. They are stone cold and when they cannot explain why their software wont read errors and you send them the logs, they just ignore you.
